We are delighted to announce our partnership with Cordia Health, a digital health initiative that amplifies the voices of patients and supports people living with chronic conditions through education, community, and meaningful support.
Cordia Health brings people with shared health experiences closer together and creates a space for communication, empowerment, and mutual support.
Its activities include:
• the “Cordia app”, which connects patients with the same condition and fosters the exchange of experiences and support.
• the vidcast “Patients with Strength,” featuring personal stories from patients and the people who support them.
