SafeMeds Hellas is an independent, non-profit scientific initiative that promotes the safe, rational, and evidence-based use of medicines, contributing to the enhancement of medication safety and public health. Its actions align with international patient safety strategies, such as the global initiative“Medication Without Harm”of the World Health Organization (WHO),which aims to reduce medication-related harm through education, information, and the promotion of a strong culture of medication safety.
